About the Author

Kate Feinberg Robins, PhD is a linguistic anthropologist, entrepreneur, and ballet dancer. This project is a synthesis of her personal and professional experiences.

As a teen in the 1990s, Kate performed lead roles in ballets by professional choreographers. She went on to earn a PhD in anthropology, researching human learning, embodiment, and communication.

Over the past three decades, she has continually returned to ballet as a wellness practice. In this ebook and the online course that will follow, she shares her insights as a dancer and linguistic researcher on how to make ballet work for us as a wellness practice as we age.
