30-Day Journey FAQs

Do I have to do the journey that goes with this month?

No. The journeys can be done in any order at any time.

Will I have to do a full ballet class every day?

No. I've designed the journeys to include short days and breaks. My goal is for you to accomplish something by the end of the 30 days, not just to repeat classes every day for a month.

How much time will I need?

You'll need between 5 and 45 minutes each day. Every day is labeled with the number of minutes it will take. Don't panic if a longer session falls on a day that's difficult to fit in. You can take a break and catch up the next day.

What if I get sick?

If you're sick, injured, or otherwise unable to dance, then watch the day's video and check it off. Even if you spend a full month just watching each day's video and completing the more restful exercises, your journey will be complete.

What if I fall behind?

Just start where you left off, or do two days in one. It's no big deal if you take a few extra days to finish.

Can I skip ahead if the pace feels too slow?

I don't recommend skipping days, but you can intensify and shorten your journey by doing multiple days in one. You can also intensify the impact by adding a different wellness or fitness practice alongside your 30-day journey, or doing two journeys at once.

Will it be the right level for me?

I've designed each journey to be adaptable for all levels of ballet experience and physical fitness. If you read the descriptions under each class video, you'll find further suggestions for modifying exercises to fit your level.
