If you want to get moving quickly, then:
- Prepare your space. Find a chair or furniture between your hip and shoulder to use as a barre. Clear a bit of floor space for yourself.
- Prepare your feet. Put on socks or ballet slippers. Your feet should be able to slide along the floor without slipping and falling.
- Go to the Warm-Ups section and do a 5-minute or 30-minute warm-up.
- Go to the Current Term and choose any class. Take as many classes as you'd like until you're ready to stop for the day.
