Quick Start

If you want to get moving quickly, then:

  1. Prepare your space. Find a chair or furniture between your hip and shoulder to use as a barre. Clear a bit of floor space for yourself.
  2. Prepare your feet. Put on socks or ballet slippers. Your feet should be able to slide along the floor without slipping and falling.
  3. Go to the Warm-Ups section and do a 5-minute or 30-minute warm-up.
  4. Go to the Current Term and choose any class. Take as many classes as you'd like until you're ready to stop for the day.
