What is Conditioning?
Conditioning exercises are designed to target specific muscles for increased strength and mobility. Our conditioning sessions combine strengthening, stretching, and cardiorespiratory exercises.
If you want to get started quickly, then:
- Choose a level and go to that section.
- If you have 30 minutes, then do the full session video at your chosen level.
- If you have 10-15 minutes, then do the Strength video at your chosen level. Next time you exercise, do the Cardio video. In your third exercise session, do the Stretch video.
