Easy Strength - Foot Endurance Walking

What you need:

  • A clear path to walk on, inside or outside


Goals:

  • Strengthen the front lower leg muscles surrounding the shins.
  • Address muscular imbalances that come from overworking feet in the pointed or stretched position (common in dancers).


Modifications:

  • If walking is not possible or practical for you, then do these foot exercises while sitting on a chair or on the floor.
